Kickboxing has always been a favorite sport of mine to watch. There is no doubt that when watching a match with my mates, a bigger screen adds more excitement. Recently I had installed a projector screen in my flat, which has quickly become the go to destination for any kickboxing, MMA, boxing or other televised fisticuffs. My big projection screen diminishes my neighbors 50″ plasma, Kick Boxing matches seem like child’s play on his puny screen. For under $300 I got myself a 100″ widescreen projector screen, coupled with a $700 HD projector, I now rule the block when it comes to hosting.
Projector screens are popular in the pub for allowing large crowds to enjoy the picture and the same can be true for your home. With a home theater projector screen you can enjoy that same experience without having to leave the house.
Of course you will need a proper projector in order to make the projection system work. A 720p projector can throw a great image on your screen, however if you plan on viewing blueray or other 1080p content, you may want to consider spending the extra money on an HD projector.
Watching a kickboxing match on my projector screen is such a thrill; the action is super intense and the kickboxers are larger than life. I couldn’t be a stronger endorser of a projector screen for kickboxing matches, I strongly suggest you go out and get yourself a projector and screen right away!
